Insurance Institute of London names Marsh UK&I CEO Lay as president

The Insurance Institute of London (IIL) has elected Marsh McLennan’s Chris Lay as president, with the executive succeeding former Pool Re CEO and Guy Carpenter’s new global public sector practice head Julian Enoizi.
