Intact and RSA approved to complete deal for Direct Line commercial lines ops

Intact Financial Corporation has confirmed that its UK and Ireland-focused arm RSA has fulfilled all conditions related to the latter’s acquisition of Direct Line’s brokered commercial lines operations.
