Judge denies CinFin’s bid to dismiss Alabama restaurants’ Covid-19 BI case

Cincinnati Financial has been denied a motion to dismiss in a case brought by a group of Alabama restaurants, with the Northern District of Alabama judge stating that Covid-19 does not necessarily have had to have altered the restaurants’ property for there to be coverage.
