Lemonade hit with class action over alleged storage of biometric data

Lemonade has been sued in a class action complaint filed in New York district court that accuses the public insurtech of “unlawful collection, storage, analysis, and use of plaintiff’s and class members’ biometric data” without their authorisation or knowledge.
