NHC warns of ‘historic flooding’ as Hurricane Sally approaches Gulf Coast

Hurricane Sally is expected to slowly move ashore along the US Gulf Coast during the next 24 hours with the National Hurricane Center warning the slow-moving storm may bring “historic flooding” over the coming days.
