O’Brien set for 1.7 environmental UW return on Launch platform with Transverse paper

Veteran environmental underwriting executive John O’Brien is set to return to the market after joining start-up program administrator platform Launch Underwriters and securing capacity of up to $25mn on the A XV AM Best rated paper of MS Transverse backed by a panel of reinsurers, Program Manager can reveal.
