Pat Ryan: employee liquidity event was key driver of IPO

Ryan Specialty’s founding chairman and CEO Pat Ryan has said a key motivation behind yesterday’s IPO that valued the wholesale giant at $6bn was to provide a liquidity event for employee shareholders that have helped build the firm to a $1bn+ revenue powerhouse.
