PE-backed UK consolidator buys Lloyd’s broker ARB in ~£50mn deal

Up-for-sale UK consolidator David Roberts & Partners is growing its London market presence with the acquisition of Lloyd’s broker ARB International in a deal valued in the region of £50mn ($64mn), The Insurer can reveal.
