R&Q paid just £20.5mn for £65mn of Vibe assets, FY accounts show

Randall & Quilter (R&Q) secured £65mn ($92.2mn) of net assets for just £20.5mn when it acquired legacy Lloyd’s insurer Vibe in December last year, the London-listed group’s latest full-year accounts have shown.
