RSA sues Equitas for £4mn in Asbestos-related liability dispute

UK-based insurance giant RSA is suing Equitas Insurance for more than £4mn ($5.05mn) arguing that the reinsurer has refused to pay out on its claim relating to historic asbestos-related liability.
