Ryan Specialty acquires allied health-focused MGU Greenhill from Alera

Ryan Specialty has signed a deal to acquire certain assets of MGU Greenhill Underwriting Insurance Services from Alera Group in a deal that further strengthens the capabilities of its existing healthcare specialist Sapphire Blue.
