Saga in exclusive talks with Australia’s Open over sale of underwriting arm

London-listed Saga Plc has confirmed it is in “exclusive discussions” to sell the underwriting unit of its insurance division Acromas Insurance Company (AICL) to Australian insurer Open Insurance Technologies.
