The Hartford expands roles of CIO Soni and claims head Kinney

The Hartford has expanded the roles of chief information officer Deepa Soni and chief claims officer John Kinney ahead of the retirement later this year of Bill Bloom, the current head of claims, operations, technology, data and analytics.
