TMK merger talks focus on Syndicate 510 value

Lloyd’s insurer Tokio Marine Kiln is in discussions with Lloyd’s and investor agents over the proposed merger of its Names-backed Syndicate 510 with its wholly owned sister Syndicate 1880 for the 2025 year of account.
