Travelers CEO says pricing “quite strong”, shares fall despite earnings beat

Travelers chairman and CEO Alan Schnitzer has commented that the pricing environment remains strong, despite a deceleration in the first quarter, while investors responded to a comfortable earnings beat by sending the insurer’s share price down in Tuesday trading.
