UK competition watchdog launches investigation into Ardonagh’s Bennetts deal

Ardonagh Group’s £26mn ($33.9mn) deal to buy Bennetts Motorcycling Services from Saga Services Ltd is being investigated by the UK’s Competition and Markets Authority (CMA).
