UK govt criticises insurers and brokers for “amoral” pricing

In unusually forthright language, the UK’s newly appointed housing secretary has accused insurers of placing “unacceptable” financial pressure on leaseholders in high-rise buildings through “amoral” premium increases and criticised brokers for charging excessive commissions.
