WR Berkley “disappointed” by lack of property discipline in Q4

Rob Berkley has commented he was disappointed with the discipline shown by the property insurance market in the fourth quarter, with the executive also stating WR Berkley “put more than a toe in the water” in writing reinsurance at 1.1.
