WR Berkley promotes Key Risk’s Standen as Chubb’s Holbrook joins

WR Berkley has made a pair of senior executive appointments with Robert Standen promoted to a new oversight role and Scott Holbrook joining from Chubb to replace him as president of its workers compensation unit Key Risk Insurance.
